Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Week, May 4–10, we conducted training sessions and awareness events aimed at strengthening a culture of safe working at Politem. Throughout the week, with the participation of our team members, we organized:

• Occupational health and safety awareness training sessions

• Emergency and safe working procedures

• Informational events

• Awareness activities promoting employee engagement

For us, occupational health and safety is not merely a component of our production processes, but one of the most vital indicators of how deeply we value people. We believe that a work environment where our employees feel safe is only achievable through a strong team culture, conscious awareness, and a shared sense of responsibility. We would like to thank all of our team members who contributed throughout this week and supported the reinforcement of this awareness. As POLITEM, we will continue to work with the principle of "People First, Safety First" and build safer tomorrows together.
