We formulate around your application, not a catalogue.

It starts by listening. We work with your team to understand the part and its real service: what it has to do, the environment it lives in, how it is processed, the constraints you work within and where today's material falls short. Then we translate that understanding into a formulation, base polymer, reinforcement, impact modifier, stabiliser, FR system and recycled content, built around your application rather than pulled from a shelf.

Validate with data

Validated in the condition your part will actually face.

We test the properties your application depends on, mechanical, thermal, flow, fire and surface, and measure them in the aged, wet or hot condition the part will see, not only at time zero. You get evidence against your target, not a dry-datasheet promise.

Consistent in production, and improved over time.

We take the formulation into repeatable production, holding batch-to-batch consistency and a processing window that runs on your tooling. Then we keep improving it, on cost, performance or recycled content, as your production experience and requirements develop.

Resource means more than the polymer. It is the material we choose, virgin, hybrid or recycled, and also the energy, water, machine time and engineering effort behind a part. We work to use each of them efficiently and, where it matters, measurably.

The difference is what you do with the machines.

In compounding, the machines are broadly similar across the industry; the difference is what you do with them. Politem's technical capital is accumulated: a large library of products and recipes, experience across many feedstocks including recovered ones, materials and process knowledge, control of the transitions between very different products, and continuous learning from production and application.

EVO is how that know-how is put to work, managing material complexity and turning it, project after project, into a better solution. Being backward-integrated through our own recycling adds one more variable we can engineer, the resource itself.
